New students CityU are encouraged to fill out these questionnaires and write down some of their thoughts on their goals and how to reach them. Once filled out, the capsule is sealed and stored away until graduation where the student can look over his/her notes and realize how much better they are than their brothers and sisters.• CD: Steve Cullen
